As some of you may know I've been planning a Mornington Fitness Retreat for quite sometime. I've been planning this project for nearly a year now; trying to source a great Nutritionist, a fantastic Yoga instructor and sorting out what the best fitness filled weekend away would look like in the beautiful surrounds of the Mornington Peninsula.
Now that I've found all of the above I want to welcome you to the first Mornington Fitness Retreat!
