Kari On Training’s Fitness camp is an option to join our group training sessions at different locations across Bayside area. All sessions suit any fitness level from beginners right through to advance. Our groups stay around 6-10 people so Kari can make sure you're doing all the exercises properly. Group Training is great way to keep the price low, and still get a tough session in.
