Summer is finally here in Melbourne which means that the New Year is right around the corner.
I personally don't believe in "New Year Resolutions" but I do believe in creating every opportunity as a fresh start for your health and fitness.
So I have launched our New Year New You Challenge early so that you don't miss this opportunity.
For 5 Weeks I will be running Group Training Sessions in Elwood and The Tan.
I will provide:
- Weekly At Home Work Out Plans that you can smash out whenever you want.
- Weekly Recipes to keep things interesting, nutritious and healthy in the kitchen.
- I will send you my Goal Setting Questionnaire to really target what it is that you want to accomplish in 2017 and how I can make it happen.
- I will write down your measurements before, during and after the challenge to see how far you've come.
- I will send you a Food Diary to keep yourself accountable on eating the right foods after indulging over the holidays.
- I will give continuous support and check ins to keep you motivated and make sure you are staying on track.
- My New Fitness Analysis that will give me the information about your fitness and health goals so I can make sure you get into the direction of your results straight away
