Spring is here in Melbourne which means that it is Fun Run Season!
There are so many great events around Melbourne that not only are a great goal to work towards but they are also for a great cause.
This year I've decided to run the City 2 Sea 15km race while raising money towards the National Breast Cancer Foundation. Breast cancer is very apparent in my family; my Mom and Grandma have both gone through Chemo and Radiation due to Breast Cancer and sadly I'm sure you as well know someone close to your heart who have gone through the same horrendous battle.
Running is not only great for our health and fitness but why not also use this opportunity to help those who need us most.
Join the Kari On Training Team and we can fun run together while supporting those who are conquering their own battle.
I will also send some Fitness and Nutrition tips that will help with your training in the lead up to November 20th.
