Allowing yourself to just be with your thoughts, some music and a good read can do wonders.
Find out what your mind and body needs to unwind.
Some need quiet, a good book, yoga or meditation ?
Some need to run, box, weights or any kind of exercise where it gets energy and thoughts out to leave it all on the asphalt, gym floor or track.
Personally I need a bit of both. I smashed myself at my PT session this morning, I was gasping for air, got out all the energy and emotion out and now I'm breathing in serenity with an inspirational read The Collective Magazine with some relaxing Jarryd James on Spotify
