It's always a bit difficult to get back into training straight after Christmas and New Years. Now that you're back into your normal work routine it's time to focus on your health, and your fitness!
This week is the current Fitness Block’s last Group Training session. Everyone has really enjoyed themselves during this fitness camp. I have a few new toys to play with (such as battle ropes and slightly heavier weights as everyone is getting stronger) and I can’t wait to show you all some new fun exercises!
Training Block: 6 weeks / 6 sessions

Meeting Spot: Undercover area in Hampton across from Small st
Training Time: 6:30 - 7:30pm on Wednesdays
