I can't believe the 6 Week Summer Challenge has come to a close. There have been amazing results!! One of my clients lost 7cm around her hips, 5 cm off her waist and lost over 3.5kg! I could not be more proud of her!

For 5 Weeks I will be running Group Training Sessions in both Albert Park and Elwood. I will provide
- Weekly At Home Work Out Plans that you can smash out whenever you want.
- Weekly Recipes to keep things interesting, nutritious and healthy in the kitchen.
- I will write down your measurements before, during and after the challenge to see how far you've come.
- I will send you a Food Diary to keep yourself accountable on eating the right foods after indulging over the holidays.
- Continuous support and check ins to keep you motivated and make sure you are staying on track.
- My New Fitness Analysis that will give me the information about your fitness and health goals so I can make sure you get into the direction of your results straight away.
For all of the above including the Training sessions you have 2 options:
- 2 sessions a week at either Elwood or Albert Park for $180 ($18 a session)
- Unlimited training sessions at both locations for $300 ($15 a session)
