Kari On Training’s Bali Bootcamp is the perfect holiday where you come back healthier and fitter than when you left. Staying with Sharing Bali you get the chance to be surrounded by the beautiful village of Singaprang, located among the rice paddies in the refreshing rain forest. Everyday we do something fitness focused, from bootcamp sessions and yoga to jungle treks and a volcano climb. The fitness sessions are always diverse; some may involve boxing, while others will have weight training using local equipment such as coconuts, and kettlebells made from bamboo filled with sand. Goal Setting and Nutrition discussions are all part of the retreat, with an option of a white water rafting adventure if you choose.

There is time to relax – you deserve to be pampered! We indulge in massages, body treatments and relaxing down time in the village.
